Refund policy

This is a translation of the Turkish original. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

In brief

If you are not happy with a FigBell app, the full amount you paid is refunded within 14 days of purchase, with no reason required. The refund is made where the purchase was made: an app bought on the website is refunded through the payment service provider, and an app bought in an app store is refunded through that store. In the App Store and the Microsoft Store, the store decides on the refund.

This policy covers refunds after the purchase of the FigBell applications (all versions bought on the website or in app stores). The applications are provided by Ahmet Samet Yüzlü, Sokullu Mehmet Paşa Mah., Ahmet Haşim Cad. No: 61 D: 22, Çankaya / Ankara, Türkiye.

1. 14-day refund

Anyone who buys an application on the website or on Google Play may ask for a full refund of the amount paid within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason. Having tried or used the application, or having saved files with it, does not prevent a refund.

Each application is a separate purchase; the refund applies only to the application concerned. The amount refunded is the full amount shown on the purchase receipt, including taxes.

2. Purchases made on the website

For purchases made on the website, payment is collected by a payment service provider acting as the seller (merchant of record). To request a refund, simply write to help@figbell.com from the email address used for the purchase or quoting the order number.

The refund is made through the payment service provider to the original payment method. Depending on the bank and card issuer, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear. The licence for a refunded purchase ends.

3. Purchases made in an app store

For purchases made in an app store, the store collects the payment, and the refund is made through the same store:

  • Google Play: within the first 48 hours after purchase, request the refund from Google Play. After that, until the 14 days have passed, write to help@figbell.com with the order number; FigBell issues the refund through Google Play.
  • App Store and Mac App Store: request the refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Microsoft Store: request the refund from Microsoft in the order history of your Microsoft account.

Apple and Microsoft assess refund requests under their own terms and make the decision themselves; FigBell cannot refund purchases made in these stores directly. If there is a problem with the request, write to help@figbell.com.

4. Time limit and exceptions

The 14 days run from the purchase date shown on the receipt; it is enough for the request to be sent within this period.

A refund request may be declined where this policy is clearly abused, for example by repeatedly buying and refunding the same application.

5. Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit them. After the 14 days have passed, your statutory rights regarding defective products remain unaffected under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the consumer law of the country where you live.
