Features

The whole screen takes on the colour of the current phase and the countdown can be read from across the room. Programs are chosen from presets or built step by step; bells and beeps are generated on the device.

Key features

Readable from a distance: The stage takes the colour of the phase (Prepare, Work, Rest, Cool-down); a large countdown, round and set, the next phase, a progress strip of all phases and the total time remaining.
Preset programs: Boxing, Tabata, HIIT 40/20 and Stretching are included; all can be edited and duplicated.
Program editor: Preparation, work, rest, rounds, cool-down, sets and rest between sets; the total duration is calculated instantly. There is no rest after the last round.
Named steps: In advanced mode a program is a sequence of steps, each with a name and a duration (circuit training); steps are reordered with buttons or by dragging.
Sounds and cues: Bells and sounds are generated with Web Audio; countdown beeps in the final seconds (duration selectable), volume, vibration and spoken phase names (on devices that support it).
Accurate timing: Time is measured as a difference of performance.now(); even if the tab is slowed in the background, the correct phase is shown on return.
During the workout: Previous / next phase, pause and finish with confirmation; the screen stays on while a workout is running.

On phones and tablets it can be used in portrait or landscape; the countdown fills the screen.
