Can I bring over my Zotero or Mendeley library?

Yes. Export the library as BibTeX, RIS or CSL JSON and import it into Ibidex.

Are my PDFs uploaded anywhere?

No. Titles, authors and DOIs are read from the PDF inside the browser, and the file is stored only on this device.

How do I add the bibliography to a document?

Use "Copy bibliography" and paste it into the document; italics are preserved.

Functions not supported in the current version.

There is no online lookup by DOI or ISBN; the app does not connect to the network.
Citation styles apply the core rules for common item types; they do not cover every publisher's house rules.
There is no word-processor plug-in; bibliographies and citations are copied to the clipboard.
The library is not synced between devices; it can be moved with BibTeX or CSL JSON.
