Can I open an SVG I drew in another program?
Yes. The file opens and is edited as it is; elements, IDs, definitions and styles are preserved, and nothing editor-specific is added.
How do I get a small SVG for the web?
Choose "Optimized" when exporting: unnecessary attributes and extra decimals are removed, and colors can optionally become currentColor.
Can I produce an app icon or favicon?
Yes. The icon set option produces PNGs from 16 to 512 pixels and a favicon.ico.

Known limitations
Functions not supported in the current version.
- Adobe Illustrator (.ai), EPS and PDF files cannot be opened.
- There is no converting text to paths and no text on a path.
- Layer locks are not written to the file; they apply only to the open session.
